Hi All,

I’m trying the increase the hard drive size on my macbook but I want to buy the correct drive.

I spoke to Crucial and they say they don’t sell them and the would advise buying from Apple, surely they are sold somewhere more reasonable ?

Thanks for any pointers

Regards

Simon

JetDrive Transcend is a good bet from Amazon. They now make the PCIe model which is compatible with the 2013+ MacBook Pro

Different connectors, very different technology for communicating with the drive. I think you can get an adapter but I would always go with a product built for that model of Mac
