iPad death I think

Anyone know if this is fixable please? Have tried force reset and exactly the same thing. Three year old iPad belonging to my son. 

Began apparently spontaneously. Home button has recently been Not working right and the housing is bent though he denies any knowledge of why/how! To be fair though he fussing abuse it. Mostly used for music and school work. 

I suspect it’s deceased but still twitching.

Not sure how but he had turned on accessibility and increase the speed of the voice all the way up to the top. He was at the time simply typing “bye“ at the end of the lesson to his friends.

So situation normal again. Now googling keyboard shortcuts for accessibility settings to make sure they’re off!
