Hello smug,
I have recently bought a secondhand macmini M1 on eBay. I think the previous owner had Macafee antivirus installed as I keep getting notifications that my files are being read or Action required update your antivirus and so on. It is mildly annoying and I wondered if anyone knew how to find the culprit. I have had a cursory look through the library and nothing sticks out

Best wishes

Steve

Those could be fake/malicious browser notifications, open Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications > remove any you don’t recognise
