I need a bigger monitor (about 27") and had settled on a Dell P2722H but just wanted to check if people think a particular company eg Samsung knock Dell monitors out of the park...?

Cheers,

Jason

I too am looking for a monitor to replace my Acer 27" which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. I'm thinking of stepping up to something like this Dell - https://bit.ly/3FxSvrT. I'm only going to be running Logic but think I'll appreciate a sharper display for all those tiny knobs!

Yeah I have a Dell 24" right now which is perfectly good (but its hub failed which pushed me to get a bigger one sorted out as my eyesight gradually worsens lol)

I ordered the Dell one that I mentioned, from Dell, where it promised it would be with me by Jan 24th, and the confirmation email says Feb 28:(

But I saw people saying that if you buy from Dell via Amazon (a bit cheaper), it's complicated to 'switch' the warranty to Dell (rather than Amazon). Let's see - if they don't improve that date, I will cancel it...

thanks,
J

I’ve just returned a client’s 18 month old laptop to Amazon, Huawei abdicated all responsibility but Amazon refunded no questions asked.

Personally, I’d trust Amazon’s returns process over Dell any day

Hmm, I missed this one and it's not a huge amount more than the other one. I think I might cancel and order this from Amazon lol. Glad I asked! Thanks again everyone.

Cheers,
Jason
