Which thunderbolt 3 Dock to use with iMac?

With only 2 USB C /TB 3 ports on my iMac which I'm using for external ssd's I want to use a second monitor with my iMac. I think I need to use one of the TB ports with an adapter to connect via an HDMI lead to connect to the monitor. I've been looking at the various Thunderbolt expansion docks. 

Question is, which Thunderbolt Dock would you recommend?   I'm getting confused as the docks i.e OWC or Caldigit appear to be aimed at laptops. Is there a better one for an iMac?

Also can I use one of the USB ports on my iMac (2020) instead of the TB?

I use one of these OWC docks, which I find excellent, https://tinyurl.com/y9qb6mh5   I wonder if this was the one your were looking at. It has a multitude of ports and connects to iMac via TB3.

I have mentioned this one before on SMUG a few months ago.
