Tidying up redundant Apps

Can anyone tell me what "OS status error - 43" means and how I can get round it?

I'm trying to get rid of unsupported apps from my Mac now I am using Bug Sur. I can't seem to delete them because of this error message.

I think I get this sometimes (not sure if same number). Restart fixes it temporarily (I get it deleting files, or not, as the case may be).
