I took the plunge yesterday after doing a bit of research. No regrets so far. Lots of positives especially security-wise and everything seems speeded up and the colours are more vibrant with a bit more contrast.
Only downside so far which may interest others whom I know use Superduper for back-ups - that is not working yet and may not be for days if not weeks as they have only just been able to get a bootable version with Big Sur to work a week ago.
