Doxie service

Hi all,

Just wanted to pass on today’s highlight.

I’ve had a Doxie scanner for about 6 years now and it is used frequently. The other day I went to use it and it flashed the warning light but would not scan. I tried all the usual but no joy.

I contacted Doxie support who suggested reformatting the card for FAT32. I did as suggested - the Mac could read and write from it but Doxie kept flashing when I inserted into the Doxie. Their support person said they would send a new SD card though I could not see how that would make a difference. About 3 days later my SD card arrived and I’ve been upgraded from the original 2GB to 16GB (not that I ever filled the original). I’ve just popped it into the Doxie and ... it’s all working again!

Thought it’s good to have some good news for a change. Big kudos to Doxie.
