I have the Hunter Douglas Power View app linked to Apple Homekit. The blinds controlled are plugged into the mains. On the Homekit app it shows me from time to time that the accessories have a low battery. How can this be if they are connected to the mains? I cannot find the necessary support on the Hunter Douglas or Apple websites.
