homing differently

I have smoothieboard 1.1 .on a kossel . It's been running fine for years.

I noticed that after the carriages hit the homing endstops: 

x is 5.4 mm from the endstop

y is 8.6 mm from the endstop

z is 4.9 mm from the endstop

I have the setting in config to be 5mm

Any idea why this is occurring?

Please post the results of M114 and M114.1 ( and 2 etc up to 5 ) for both

* before homing

* after homing

that is quite normal. trim and other factors to do woth the way deltas home would explain it.
