Dear SMBC’ers,

Since Paso Robles was too busy April 6th, we have changed over to Cambria this coming year. The Bluebird Inn has nice inexpensive rooms available and here is the link.

I've booked into the Bluebird for both nights.  Haven't done one of these trips in a while, will be fun to get back on the road.

Great news. The Bluebird Inn is 5.3 miles from our campsite too.

I have booked site #235 at Hearst San Simeon Washburn for Sat night. If anyone wants to join me, it's available for one more bike.

I will plan on having cocktails at Jag's campsite (hint, hint).

And, per phone conversation with Mike G. today, I am going to join Mike at the Bluebird on Sunday night.

Are there plans for the trip down on Saturday?  Leaving when from where, etc?  I would like to avoid riding down by myself.  :)

My current intent is this:

Breakfast at Flapjacks around 8:30
25 -> Bitterwater -> King City -> Jolon Rd
Mission Rd (Ft Hunter-Liggett) -> Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd -> SR1
Down the coast to the campground in San Simeon where I’m camping Saturday night.

That assumes that SR1 doesn’t fall into the sea in the next week or three.
