the idea is just get the token in postman,

base url: https://fhir.fhirpoint.open.allscripts.com/fhirroute/open/CustProProdSand201SMART

auth url: https://fhir.fhirpoint.open.allscripts.com/fhirroute/authorization/CustProProdSand201SMART/connect/authorize

token url: https://fhir.fhirpoint.open.allscripts.com/fhirroute/authorization/CustProProdSand201SMART/connect/token

scope: launch user/*.read

Callback URL: http://localhost/callback

maybe, the configuration below or unmentioned here is incorrect?

Maybe your id is not synced yet.

Did you get this resolve? Having same issue.
