Smart Launcher No Providers Found!

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an error (screenshot attached) that I didn’t have a couple of hours ago when everything was working fine.

Is there anyone who can help me troubleshoot this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

This is probably related, I can't select a patient:



I also had issues with encounter selector not showing up, and latest encounter not working as well.

Took a few hours to see this in our timezone, but it should be fixed now.
