I just downloaded the trial version and I get a pop up box asking me to sign in and extends a navigation bar at the top with the Sign In and Help button on the top right corner. However nothings happens when I click that button.

  - Mac
  - SlamData v4.2
  - Trying to mount CB.

Any ideas?

Hi Oscar,

Which browser are you using?  Once you click the 'Sign In' icon it should present a new window to you, asking you to login with the email addressed and password you used to sign up for the trial.

Please post back here with the browser and version and we'll make sure to test it. Latest version of Chrome is typically a safe bet, but we do support all browsers, some aren't as compatible as others but we are working around those limitations.

Hi Damon,

I'm using the latest version of Chrome. It would look like if the browser had blocked the pop-up but I don't the notification on the browser and I also manually added http://localhost:20223/ to the allowed sites in the settings.  I'm not sure but this might have something to do with LastPass which I have installed as a plug-in and where I have saved passwords for some local web servers that I'm running as localhost, I'm not sure but LastPass might be getting in between and make your page break or something because it is confused with another "localhost" (this is just a guess). I'll download Firefox and try again since I'm getting the same results in Safari.

I restarted my computer and I was able to log in.

I am getting the same problem with the trial. I was able to log in the last 3 days but today clicking "Sign In" does nothing. Tried on Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

It worked for me like for 30 minutes, the app crashed and then now the sign in button doesn't do anything anymore. I'll try re-booting again.

Hi Oscar,

Thanks for posting this. We discovered an issue with the OAuth service we were using. The developer has fixed it and we should be back to normal now. Apologies for the disruption.
