Thanks for your very interesting work on MCP services for Skosmos and
Fuseki. This has been on our radar too, but we haven't gotten around to
any implementations yet. We will surely take a closer look at your work
and see if we could benefit from that in the future.
Regarding Cloudflare protection: yes, it is a sad fact of life that
public web services are nowadays being relentlessly hammered by bots,
and it has led to a situation where the National Library of Finland has
moved all of its infrastructure behind Cloudflare so that we can keep
our systems running.
This of course has some negative consequences for programmatic use of
APIs. However, if you need to use our APIs and get hit with 403 errors,
first ensure that you are using a proper HTTP User-Agent header (not a
generic one from your http library) and if that still doesn't help,
contact us so we can tweak the Cloudflare settings to enable your
user-agent.
