Indeed! AGSL was officially announced as part of the release of Android 13 Developer Preview 1: https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2022/02/first-preview-android-13.html#:~:text=Android%20Graphics%20Shading%20Language

And it may not be entirely clear from the Android documentation yet, but AGSL is SkSL.
