Poly VVX 50 series recommended UC firmware for sipxcom

Hi,

What's the recommended UC firmware release to manage Poly VVX 50 series phones with sipxcom 20.08?

My phones now have 5.9.5 UC software. Is it supported by sipxcom?

Yes, they should work fine. We now generally recommend the latest stable release from Polycom.

Has anyone tried the Polycom CCX line with sipxcom and have any thoughts or issues?

We don't have device profiles for them yet but I think they'd be fine with manual config as long as you went with the "open sip" models (ccx 400, ccx 500, ccx 600, ccx 700) rather than the Microsoft Teams models.
