New Install on Vmware - SipRegistrar error

Hi just installed the latest Esxi 6.0u2

and created a test enviroment of Sipxcom 16.02 -  2 services wont start RLS and Registratar

I keep on getting this error in the CLI 

Message from syslog@localhost at May 24 21:04:36

sipregistrar[17077]: SipRegistrar::run Unable to initialize server

and I also get this for mongo.

Health check Command did not complete properly. Permission denied, please try again. Permission denied, please try again. Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,password).

Im i missing something..

Jimmy do you have a cluster? If so make sure that PermitRoot login is set to yes in your sshd configuration file.

Start sipxregistrar like this and send  us the output of /var/reg.log


/usr/bin/sipregistrar -L /var/reg.log -l 7
