Regional Database Registration Issue with SipXcom 20.08

Hi,

I have made setup with 2 Servers, 1 for primary and 2nd for Global and Regional database.

Phone is registered in both Servers with load balancing (HA).

Issue is coming after removing the primary server from the Network(means primary down), Phone is working with Secondary (Regional Server) and calls working Approx. 10 to 15 min but after that phone is not getting registered and giving an error by the server "408 Request timed out" while all services are running on Secondary Server.

The same Scenario is working fine with sipXcom 16.04. I have tested so many times.

Any ideas how to fix this issue with sipxcom 20.08 ?

You should review the High Availability configuration in the wiki... You're doing it wrong.

Please find the config snapshot above, The objective is Redundancy with 2 Servers that's why using the Regional database which should be worked after down the primary.
This Test also worked with sipxcom 16.04, not found any issue with the sipxcom 16.04  but getting issue with Centos7(20.08 /21.04), any change in settings or code with Centos 7 or later version.

I have done  HA with 3 or more servers where has Arbiter that would be worked but objective to achive Redundancy with 2 servers which is already tested with sipxcom 16.04, currently, I have 2 setups one for sipxcom 16.04 (2 servers )and second of sipxcom 20.08 (2 Servers), first one is working fine with sipxcom 16.04 but not achieve same with sipxcom 20.08.
I want to know what is the difference between both version for this functionality. so that we find out the solution for 20.08.

If you want to do it with 2 servers, I suggest you start writing some code and re-engineering the databases.

It's okay but my question is how is it working with sipxcom 16.04 Version ? which is an old database code and that's worked fine with 2 servers.
