I think I'd probably setup two different gateways. One for incoming, one for outgoing.
Or look for another provider. That's just weird.

Sip trunk for at least the inbound one (5080).
Probably sip trunk for outbound too.
Add to who else, depends what you want to spend and how critical sip trunking is to you. If it is tall critical, get a sbc and go to a top tier provider.

We are using voip-innovations. We have setup as two outbound sip-trunk gateways to 64.136.174.30 and 64.136.174.35 for redundancy with attached dial plan, and one inbound sip-trunk gateway to 64.136.173.31 with no dial plan. If you setup up un-managed gateways it will work, but you will not be able to do transfer calls as voip-innovations (and most other ITSPs) do not support SIP Refer. The problem with using sip-trunks is the scalability of the built in SBC, so for larger installations you will need an external SBC.
