Im trying to provision Bria 4.0 automatically but does not work... I dont see any service running on 12000 as it states in the wiki.  Has anything changed in 15.10.1

Yes, I think provisioning is HTTPS now.  We did do some work on Bria 4 and cleaned up the vcard contacts.

Please check: http://jira.sipxcom.org/browse/SIPX-228

Here is how to provision Jitsi:

How to setup :
1.Add a Jitsi phone under Devices->Phones.(Enter anything you want as Serial Number)
2.Add an existing user as a Line on this Jitsi phone.
3.Send Profiles.
4.Download Jitsi and install
5.When(if) prompted at the welcome screen - select to go to Provisioning.
You will be switched to Options->Advanced->Provisioning.
6.Check Enable provisioning -> Manual -> "https://ipOrFqdn/jitsiprov/provisioning?username={username}&password={password}"
Replace "ipOrFqdn" with the UniteMe server ip or fqdn. No need to replace anything else.
7.Close the settings and restart Jitsi.
8.Jitsi starts.When prompted,insert the UserID and user password of the user added at step 2.
Jitsi will load

If you've already went through the whole provisioning process once but you want to start fresh with a new profile.
You need to go into Jitsi->Options->Advanced->Provisioning ->and click Forget password.
Restart Jitsi.

Sorry I missread, the instructions posted are for Jitsi softphone

For Bria, there is no such 12000 port open to the world to serve Bria, please point the wiki page you were following... it probably needs an update

Follow below steps:

1. Download Bria 4
Next move to the Admin Portal.
2.Add a new Bria device from Phones->Add new phone->Bria 3.x 4.x
At the mac address field paste whatever you want, make sure to be unique
Add a line to this device and send profiles.
3.Back at the Bria softphone , a login screen poppes-up.
If you skip that,  in order to re-enable it go to Softphone ->Preferences->Application, Enable login screen.
Exit application get back in,and login screen should be displayed.
4.Enter login data :
Profile: Enter your configuration server's details
Login server : sipxcom_server_fqdn/cmcprov/login
Username : user id of the user added as a line on the bria phone in sipxcom
Password : user password of this user (not SIP password)
Login

If it does not work, attach sipxconfig.log and any error message bria outlines
