Only if you hook a fax machine to a gateway on an fxs port and then route the call out a pri or t.38 enabled sip trunk provider.
But technically that's cheating and probably not the answer you were looking for.
There's no facility for sending from a PC.
One thing I have learned about fax solutions though. You can put in the fanciest solution money can buy and people still want to walk up, put their papers and a cover sheet in, dial a number and press send.
If you want to burn some $ check out Multitech's FaxMaker products.

What kind of volume? Are you looking something like 1-2 fax machines, or everyone faxing out PDFs from their PCs?

T38faxvoip.com has a solution that I have used before. It works well and I believe that it can be integrated with Microsoft fax application. I think Todd has some experience in that setup.
