function missing

Dear Developers,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently learning and exploring MRST (the reservoir simulation toolbox developed by your company), and I have encountered an issue while working with the co2-lab module that I hope you can assist me with.

In my study process, I noticed that numerous examples invoke the trapAnalysis function. This function in turn calls cell_based_trap_analysis, which further invokes findTrappingStructure. The findTrappingStructure function then references bfs_argumented, and ultimately bfs_argumented calls a depth-first search (DFS) function named dfs.m—a file that appears to be missing from the official MRST code repository.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with the dfs.m function file or clarify where I might obtain this critical component. Having access to this function would allow me to continue my learning and research on the co2-lab module unimpeded.

Dear Wang,

It sounds to me like you are missing the third party MatlabBGL graph library.  If you have not installed it, you can do so by launching matlab, running the 'startup' script in the mrst folder, and then run the command downloadMBGL.
