උබුන්ටු (18.04.2) ලිනක්ස් ටර්මිනල් හි සිංහල යුනිකොඩ් අකුරු එකනෙක
අතිපිහිත වේ (මෙයට අමුණාඇති පින්තූරය බලන්න). මෙසේ වන්නේ ඇයි? මෙයට
විසඳුමක් තිබේ ද?

Note, selecting 'im-config' instead of 'im-switch'
fonts-lklug-sinhala is already the newest version (0.6-3).
ibus-m17n is already the newest version (1.3.4-5).
m17n-db is already the newest version (1.7.0-2).
m17n-contrib is already the newest version (1.7.0-2).
ibus is already the newest version (1.5.17-3ubuntu5.1).
im-config is already the newest version (0.34-1ubuntu1.3).
language-pack-si-base is already the newest version (1:18.04+20180712).

සිංහලයේ හොඳ කොන්සෝල් අකුරක් නෑ. සාමාන්යෙන් කොන්සෝල් එක සඳහා යොදාගන්නේ fixed width character. සිංහල වලට එහෙම අකුරු හදන්න පුළුවන්ද කියන එකත් ගැටළුවක්. සමහර විට ඉදිරියේ දී එන terminal program fixed width limitation එක අත අරීවි. ඒත් මෑත කාලයේ වෙන පාටක් නෑ. එතකන් සිංහල කොන්සෝල් එකට ඒවි කියලා හිතන්න අමාරුයි.
