Hi, I just wanted to verify what information I am getting from the extract method. I couldn't find it in the documentation, but looking through the code, it appears to be (F - F0) / F0 for each given ROI with F0 being the average fluorescence of the entire ImagingDataset and F being the average fluorescence within each ROI for each frame. I just wanted to make sure that was the case. Thanks!

Hi Randall,
This exact details of how this is calculated are available in the Frontiers paper:  journal.frontiersin.org/article/101928
Cheers,
Patrick

Thanks Patrick! That makes much more sense. Thanks for the reference too - haven't come across that yet surprisingly.
