Rachel,

Looking in via Google Groups Admin backend, we are showing that Mark
is already a member and added in December of 2025. Is it possible
that messages are going to his spam folder or something? Feel free to
email the shop email directly if you have any more problems with this
and we'll try to continue to sort you out.
