Hello folks
For those who were enquiring about my eyesight problems and hospital check-up. Here's the aftermath. I have posterior vitreous detachment . Some of my eyeball gel has liquefied and pulled away from the retina causeing a permaent black floater. Prob there for life :( Aparently very common, if very irritating.
Good news no current tearing or detachement of retina. This is what they sent me to QA to check for. Still might occur, so I have to keep a watchful eye (Ha!) for more floater, spot cascades, curtains and other signs that deterioration has occurred. I went as a walk-in at 9.30am, was triaged at 10.30, booked in for 2.30 done by 4pm. Dialated eyes meant taxi home and a bit wibbley tonight. Should be good for my show over the weekend.
Regards
Diana
