Prologue: In the Wake of Fire

In response to the grisly murders of a number of civilians in the District and surrounding areas by a group of religious fanatics, D.C. and many areas within the metro area were placed on strict lockdowns by their respective governments. Beginning in early April, access to vitae was extremely scarce as people were confined to their homes and local and federal police patrols were increased significantly. 

By mid June, the feeding situation was untenable; and the remnants of the various local gangs came together to enact a plan. The fanatics would fall prey to their own infamy, as the Anarchs and their allies used what influence and resources they had to support the hunt  by the mortal authorities. An up and coming gang called the I.V. spearheaded this endeavor, organizing and coordinating the use of the resources available, as well as contributing no small amount of resources themselves. By late June, those responsible for the attacks were exposed and removed as a threat in a variety of ways, including (but not limited to) imprisonment, and assassination. 

By July 28 the lockdowns began to lift, but the hunter threat was still very real. In the turmoil over the past few months, many Anarchs, and sometimes even entire packs fled the area entirely or disappeared with little explanation. The I.V have asked that those who remain come together to determine how to take advantage of this brief reprieve, and what the future holds for the Anarchs in the area. By all accounts it looks grim, but there is yet hope...
