Smoking smell & .....! Warning

Hi 

It was noticed that the flat room  smelled of cigarette smoke, and the educated people who are so verbal may be owner or tenant or guest who is smoking on the balcony .....?!

Nowadays, some flats  are also      regarded as PUBs! I'm really offended by their haughty actions.

@ Association committee members .....Please take action without any partiality!

You keep writing to us about the same problem, but you never asked me during your term!  

We both do not belong to the Association committee. If so, I'll ask everyone to re-sign the association's bylaws, which include the dos and don'ts that were set forth at the time of official formation. By increasing the Print out of No smoking/Drinking posters in each floor wall, if not complain to the Hoysala Police!

the day i step down or stop volunteering to be part of the association committee  , i will have no role / responsibility to reply to your email, until that day  -  i will reply to your emails.

do you exactly know which flat smoking issue is coming from ?

what will you tell Hoysala police ? i am curious to know.

  According to what I understand, volunteering will not be held accountable by our association. I mentioned in my email to the members of the association committee members holding a valid post !

When you get time, speak to the current president and  check the latest AGM meeting notes, as to what are the roles of all 6 association members.
