问个ssh socks的问题

Hi hackers,

家里用上海电信普通光猫。买了个在LA的VPS，装ubuntu linux。putty ssh过去操作还好，ping值在150ms ~200ms左右。但如果起-D socks然后用chrome浏览网站的话，速度非常慢。在网上搜索，有人说是墙的原因。有人说是ssh client内部应付浏览器多线程请求能力不够。换了一个说还可以的Bitvise ssh client，还是一样慢。问问各位是否遇到这样的问题。

 刚试验用sftp从vps下载文件，速度在20K。上传在200K。看来下载是被限速。这个有解决方法吗？

我通过办公室网络试验，vps上传下载速度都可以到达1M，说明瓶颈在家里的上海电信这边。升级家中宽带套餐可以解决吗？

家里申请的网络一般情况下都是不对等并且是有限制的 ，所以只要花钱就应当能搞定。 还有一种就是BGP ，找一个国内的vps，用这个做中转，这样应当会快点。

可能有CN2套餐才行，其实上海联通的出国线路比电信好，可以考虑下，基本不限速。

一般是上行比下行慢。但现在使用情况是上行比下行快。所以更像是电信在家庭用户接入网上动了手脚做了额外的限制。

前几年上海电信推过什么精品CN2套餐，最近几年不见了。还有么？
