Get this error when deploying app to Shiny server

Iam a Shiny and R newbie.

Get the following Errors
Error in paste(rep_len("#", r), collapse = "") : 

  could not find function "rep_len"

In addition: Warning messages:

1: In readLines(file) :

  incomplete final line found on 'C:\Users\smantha\Downloads\Shiny/Server.R'

2: In readLines(file) :

  incomplete final line found on 'C:\Users\smantha\Downloads\Shiny/UI.R'

only place where I use paste function is

if (is.null(y))
      {expr<-paste(input$depvar,1,sep='~')}
      else {
        v2<-gsub(", ","+",toString(input$IndepVar))
        expr<-paste(input$depvar,v2,sep='~')
      }

depvar and IndepVar are null to begin with and the values are parsed into them only when a file is read.

What version are R are you running?

Can you run 

sessionInfo()

and paste the output here?

I would try upgrading to R >= 3.0.0 and see if that helps. We're no longer supporting ShinyApps on older versions on R.

Changing the version to 3.0 worked. Thanks for your help.
