App not working after deployApp()

Dear all, 

My Shiny App is working perfectly fine with no errors in R in external view, but gives the following error after deploying it to Shinyapps.io online :

Application unexpectedly exited, Diagnostic information has been dumped to the Javascript console. 

This happens as soon as the page opens, I have no idea on how to fix this. Any ideas?

Ok found the error myself, 

I was using a shortcut to load in libraries, but apparantly, he doesn't build all necessary libraries that way when running deployApp().

Can you explain what you mean? When I deploy my app and the browser launches, a white screen appears with the text "ERROR: unable to install packages".

Do you know how to properly install the packages. Here is my session info:

Michael,

What is the URL for your application? Can you send your source code?

Also check that there is no calls to install.packages() inside your code. ShinyApps will automatically detect and install your application's package dependancies.
