setAccountInfo timeout

Hi,

I installed the shiny package (using install.packages) and shinyapps (using install_github) without problems this morning, once I figured out how to set my proxy settings.  But when I try to set my account info using the "shinyapps::setAccountInfo(...)" command, using the command copied directly from my account, I'm unable to connect:

  

Error in function (type, msg, asError = TRUE)  : 

  Failed connect to api.shinyapps.io:443; Operation timed out

Timing stopped at: 0.034 0.022 75.793 

Is there a further adjustment I need to make in my proxy settings?

Are you using some type of proxy server on your network? Are you able to visit this URL?
