Why does my shiny app status is sleeping in the dashboard?

Dear all,

Why does my shiny app status is sleeping in the dashboard?

Even though I deployed my app :

>library(shinyapps)

>deployApp("App-1")

It appears as Sleeping.

Hi Livan,

We have recently added a new status to indicate that an application is deployed but currently "asleep" because it is not being used.  

Think of it as a state of a laptop that has energy saving settings that put it "to sleep" when it isn't being used.

Livan,

You will find that the application with continually move from sleeping into running. This is because the application is put to sleep automatically when no users are using it. Conversely, it is automatically woken up when someone visits it (you can observe this when you see the "please wait" page). This has been the behavior of ShinyApps for some time, the only change is we now correctly display the status of the application.
