Simple Powershell Request

I hope this is simple. Since my RMM is not integrated with Sherpa. I would like to create a simple powershell script that will allow me to create a ticket and add an attachment. I have looked at the documentation and tried to follow the one person that has a powershell integration and it's not working. there is no definition of of what some of the requirments are.
