https://api.sherpadesk.com/tickets/keys is now returning (405) Method Not Allowed.

At 330am central this call started returning the 405 method not allowed.  Can you investigate why?

Its a post call for get multiple tickets.  I got it from the API doc.  This had been working for the past week, but stopped last night and I'm looking to know why.
