NOTE: This is a HYBRID virtual meeting via Zoom that will be broadcast-streamed via the Conservation Commission's YouTube channel. Additionally, this physical meeting will take place outdoors at the MAS Property, located at the end of Walnut Avenue.

In the case of inclement weather, the meeting will be solely virtual.

For those participating, a virtual waiting room is utilized to vet and let in authentic persons and prevent "zoom-bombing". These Zoom meeting details are also within the Agenda document being posted to the public.

I mentioned in our agenda notice that there may be inclement weather that prevents an on-site meeting.

My forecast still looks like we will be ok to meet at the MAS location (end of Walnut Avenue)

I will take a final look sometime after mid-day tomorrow.

If it looks like poor weather, I'll let you know via this email that we will be entirely virtual.

As a reminder, even if remote at the MAS site, I do plan on streaming the meeting.
