It is doable, but 7pm eastern is midnight there.  I might be on my 3rd Guinness or still at the pub!

I'm fine to do it remotely, and it will be a good test for Teresa to configure from stateside as I'm going to be traveling light with no laptop, only a mobile phone.

In regards to our May CC mtg: I have done some testing.  I can conduct a meeting that streams to our YouTube channel from my phone.  All is good to zoom from a remote location.

Teresa - I noticed a number of items related to our meetings are missing from the City's website.  If you could look into that and see that they post as required.  For instance, no agendas have been posted for 2026 - Am I sending them to the right email address for that to be administered?  Same goes for no minutes having been posted for 2026.

I could go on, but fortunately we have the Google Group backup of minutes and agendas which is searchable.

I typically go back and make sure missing minutes are added, but haven’t done so with agendas. Didn’t seem to be a point after-the-fact.

I like that idea Bill.  Maybe meet at the Trails Barn, I initiate a zoom and all it takes is one person at the barn to attach to the zoom so that all are on a stream.  It was mainly if I could stream to the YouTube channel from a phone, which I can apparently.

True that the minutes are more important to us than the agendas, but I just wondered why agendas aren't being posted, since that is where public would decide if they want to participate
