Commissioners -

Ron got back to me today. He is the wetlands enforcement officer. He said it didn't look like that on Friday. After contacting the parties, he told me they were "hacked" over the weekend, and several loads of topsoil were taken off the site.  I came upon this on Saturday early morning, close to 10am. The mud on road was dried out at that point in the morning. I haven't been in Shelton to see if more was removed on Sunday. I leave it at that.

Just thought I'd keep you in the loop.
