Following Matthew 18:15-17 – Third Stage (“Tell it to the Church”)

1. Introduction – Why I Am Now Going Public
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
dear priests, pastors, and bishops who may read this document,
Dear Mélanie Dupuis.
From September 18, 2025 onward, for more than two months I attempted private fraternal correction with Mélanie and her team. When that produced no correction, I brought the matter before the community (the prayer groups I formerly coordinated), as Jesus commands in the second stage of Matthew 18:15-17.
Mélanie has refused to retract grave errors, to apologise to those harmed, or to submit her messages to legitimate Church authority.
I have therefore arrived at the third and final stage commanded by Our Lord Himself:
“If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector.” (Mt 18:17)
To “tell it to the church” today means, in practice, to make the truth publicly known so that souls may be protected and the Church defended.
This document is:
A public act of fraternal correction offered in charity (the door to reconciliation remains open).
A warning to the faithful who might otherwise be drawn into grave error.
A complete dossier that I place in the hands of my pastor in Seattle and, if necessary, of the competent ecclesiastical authority.
2. My Personal Apology
I begin with a sincere and public apology.
It was in early 2025 when Mélanie and her team contacted me.
Even though I had known about the mission since 2024 and had begun privately praying the Chaplet of the Two Most Holy Hearts on my own, I did not seek them out.
This detail is important as a warning for all of you: one of the devil’s favourite tactics is to make a person feel “specially chosen” so that, step by step, he can capture the soul and slowly detach it from ordinary Church obedience.
During that first contact, Mélanie transmitted a message to me which she said came from the Blessed Virgin Mary:
« You can trust him. He will help you in spreading the Chaplet of the Two Holy
Hearts. He is truly the son of my Immaculate Heart. »
I was deeply moved; I even cried with emotion.
Later, on two occasions, I witnessed the room suddenly fill with a supernatural light while Mélanie was receiving messages. In those sessions, Jesus Himself allegedly spoke to me directly through her, giving me personal instructions and consolation.
These powerful experiences led me to place full and unquestioning trust in the mission. In my enthusiasm I introduced dozens of souls – including entire prayer groups I coordinated – to her work, strongly encouraging them to follow it.
Today I recognise, with the help of the Holy Spirit and the teaching of the saints, that those very experiences (the personal message from “Mary,” the visible lights, the direct words from “Jesus”) follow the classic pattern the great mystics describe when the devil seeks to “capture” a soul: first overwhelming consolation and the sense of being specially chosen, then gradual detachment from the ordinary paths of Church authority and discernment.
I did so without the prudence and discernment required by the Church for private revelations (CCC 67; Norms of the CDF 1978).
If any of you have been confused, wounded, or led astray because of my lack of caution, I ask your forgiveness from the bottom of my heart.
3. The Path of the True Mystics: Obedience as the Infallible Touchstone
The Church has never lacked authentic mystics. Yet every single one, without exception, has walked the same narrow path: total, humble, immediate obedience to a legitimate spiritual director and to the local bishop.
St. Teresa of Ávila
Interior Castle, Sixth Mansion, chapter 3:
“I repeat that if I had to choose between a director who lacked learning but was a man of prayer and one who had learning but was not a man of prayer, I would choose the former… Obedience is the quickest and safest way.”
Interior Castle, Sixth Mansion, chapter 9:
“Take it as certain that if a locution urges anything against obedience, it comes from the devil… Even if the soul believes it is God speaking, let her reject it instantly.”
St. John of the Cross
Ascent of Mount Carmel, Book II, chapter 22:
“God earnestly desires that the soul cling to the substance of obedience rather than to the sweetness of the revelations… The devil rejoices when a soul desires visions and has inclination for them.”
St. Faustina Kowalska
Diary, entry 118:
“Jesus said to me: ‘Tell everything to your confessor… I want you to be completely obedient to him.’”
Diary, entry 635:
“When the confessor forbade me to do something, even though Jesus Himself seemed to ask for it, I obeyed the confessor without hesitation.”
The constant criterion of the Church (1978 CDF Norms, Art. 2 § c; 2024 DDF Norms) is visible, verifiable obedience to a spiritual director in good standing and to the local ordinary.
Where this obedience is absent (replaced by secrecy, haste, or “Heaven told me the bishop is a Freemason”), the saints and the Magisterium are unanimous: the origin is not divine.
4. The Grave Problems Found – Detailed Examination
4.1 Objective Blasphemy and Heresy
Alleged message from Padre Pio (March 11, 2024) circulated confidentially by Mélanie:
“Several deities also feed on this: Yahweh, Elohim, Sabaoth, Jehovah, Sanishslov, Iraguay. Elohim is the main one who fed on souls killed in war.”
These are biblical names of the One True God (Ex 3:14; Rom 9:29; Jas 5:4).
To declare them demons is objective blasphemy (CCC 2148) and heresy (CCC 2089).
No authentic saint in heaven would ever utter such a thing.
4.2 Calumny and Detraction Against Other Messengers
Fr. Michel Rodrigue: Mélanie has repeatedly stated to the inner circle that “25 % of his messages are not from Heaven.”
Luz de María de Bonilla: “Her messages come from a demon named Yahweh and have caused approximately one hundred suicides because of fear.”
No dialogue, no right of defence, no evidence ever presented.
This is a grave violation of Mt 18:15-17 and CCC 2477-2479 (calumny and detraction).
4.3 Disobedience to Church Authority
Seeking imprimatur directly in Rome, bypassing the local bishop (explicitly forbidden: Canon 823 §1; CDF Norms 1978, Art. 3).
No publicly identifiable spiritual director willing to vouch for the messages (required by Church norms).
Claim that “Heaven” told her the local bishop is a Freemason, thereby justifying disobedience.
4.4 Necromancy-like Practices
Frequent, detailed announcements about souls in Purgatory: exact number of years of suffering, exact number of Masses needed, sometimes given through a “saint relay.”
This is forbidden divination (CCC 2116) and usurpation of God’s judgment (CCC 1022).
4.5 New Age Infiltration Patterns
“Love and peace” spirituality that systematically avoids the Cross, the call to repentance, and the reality of chastisement.
Personal desires fulfilled on demand without discernment.
Exclusivity language: “the One and only Refuge” – rivalry instead of complementarity with other messengers (Medjugorje, Fr. Gobbi, Fr. Michel, Luz de María, Pedro Regis, etc.).
Gradual detachment from Church authority and creation of dependency on the visionary – classic New Age pattern condemned by the 2003 Vatican document Jesus Christ, the Bearer of the Water of Life.
4.6 Financial Opacity
Personal requests for donations, business-community fundraising, sudden request for Xavier Ayral to finance a trip to Rome – all presented as coming directly from Heaven, without transparency.
Red flag under DDF Norms 2024, Art. 15, 4°.
The $5,000 donation episode (explained in detail in my November 17 response).
4.7 Demonic Imitation of Signs
Visible lights and other phenomena during locutions.
The saints are unanimous: the devil can and does produce these to deceive.
St. Teresa of Ávila, Interior Castle VI, ch. 9: “The devil can cause a great brightness and splendor to appear… it is a false light that leaves the soul confused and attached to sensible consolations.”
St. John of the Cross, Ascent II, ch. 24: “The devil can produce these visions… so that the soul thinks it sees something supernaturally.”
4.8 October 13, 2025 “St. Michael” Message
The alleged message from St. Michael condemns warnings of chastisement as “false light” leading to a “black ark” and commands:
“Do not nourish your soul with the false light of messages announcing coming cataclysms…”
This directly contradicts:
Sacred Scripture (Noah, Jonah, Nineveh, the entire prophetic tradition)
Fatima (1917): “If men do not amend their lives… a worse war will break out… many nations will be annihilated”
Every approved apparition that has ever spoken of chastisement as a merciful call to conversion.
The Church has never condemned warnings of chastisement; on the contrary, she has approved them when they are accompanied by a call to prayer and penance (which is exactly what Fr. Michel Rodrigue and Luz de María de Bonilla always do).
Moreover, by labelling other prophets’ messages as “false light” while presenting her own as the sole “true Ark,” Mélanie positions herself as superior among messengers. This fosters division and power struggles, directly contrary to Jesus’ teaching:
“Whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant… whoever wishes to be first among you shall be the slave of all” (Mk 10:43-44).
Such rivalry echoes the Apostles’ dispute over greatness, which Jesus condemned as from the devil (Lk 22:24-27). True prophets build unity, not hierarchies of “true vs. false” light.
This message exemplifies the exclusivity that sows discord rather than the complementarity God intends among His messengers.
4.9 The “Bait” of False Miracles and On-Demand Heaven
One of the most insidious tactics of the evil one is the use of bait.
Just as a sorcerer or witch offers a “miracle” (a healing, a financial solution, a personal prophecy) in exchange for money or allegiance, so too does the preternatural spirit offer exactly what the person most desires to hear – not to save the soul, but to bind it.
In Mélanie’s mission we repeatedly see:
Heaven placed at her service rather than her at Heaven’s service.
Unlike authentic mystics who must wait in silence for God to speak, Mélanie asks all the time during the day and Heaven answers instantly – especially St. Joseph, who responds to every single question, no matter how trivial or personal.
Promises of healings are abundant, but real, verifiable, complete healings are absent – only partial improvements or promises for the future, exactly the pattern the devil uses to keep people attached.
True miracles from Heaven are:
perfect from the beginning
free
ordered to conversion and obedience
False miracles are:
partial or delayed
used as bait
designed to make the person dependent on the visionary
This is the classic mechanism of witchcraft: give people what they want to hear so they will keep coming back and slowly surrender their freedom.
4.10 Predictions, Not Prophecies: The Case of Venezuela
On several occasions Mélanie transmitted messages from God the Father, St. Joseph, and St. Michael the Archangel announcing the imminent liberation of Venezuela.
I myself, using geopolitical analysis and game theory, had already predicted this liberation before knowing these messages: a probable deal between Trump and Putin (peace in Ukraine = Russia withdraws support from Maduro; war in Ukraine = Trump intervenes directly because Russia would have too many fronts).
The devil knows the future through natural causes and can make accurate predictions.
That is not prophecy – that is intelligence.
True prophecy, on the other hand, comes from God and is confirmed by obedience and fruits.
There are credible prophecies about Venezuela’s role:
Fr. Michel Rodrigue (citing Servant of God María Esperanza of Betania) has said that the Apocalypse began in Venezuela and that the Era of Peace will also begin there.
These prophecies are accompanied by calls to conversion and obedience – exactly the opposite of the on-demand, comforting predictions offered in Mélanie’s mission.
4.9 Misuse of Papal Authority
Mélanie has presented the apostolic blessing received from Pope Leo XIV in May 2025 as an endorsement of her mission.
However, the blessing was solely a gesture of thanks for the gift of sending the Chaplets of the Two Hearts, the Miraculous Medal, and the Chaplet of the Resurrection of the Flesh.
Papal blessings carry spiritual power, but they do not constitute approval of private revelations or missions.
To use it as such is misleading and undermines the Church's discernment process (CDF Norms 1978, Art. 3).
SECTION 5 – The Devil’s Most Successful Contemporary Strategy
The 2003 Vatican document Jesus Christ, the Bearer of the Water of Life describes exactly what we are witnessing:
“New Age is a counterfeit spirituality… It offers a ‘spirituality without God’, a ‘self-centered spirituality’… It gives people what they want to hear, not what they need to hear for salvation.”
Benedict XVI (1989):
“The devil prefers to appear as an angel of light.”
Even real miracles, accurate predictions, or visible lights prove nothing (2 Thess 2:9; Mt 24:24).
The saints repeat: the devil can and does produce these to capture souls who are not anchored in obedience.
5.1 Spiritual Abuse and Threats of Purgatory
One of the most serious red flags appeared when Mélanie transmitted an alleged message from St. Padre Pio stating:
“Please know that Saint Padre Pio revealed to me yesterday that if Felipe does not immediately cease harming the Triumph of the Blessed Virgin Mary, he and his followers who acquiesce to Felipe’s unfounded statements will face a very difficult Purgatory.”
This is grave spiritual abuse.
No saint in heaven acts as an “enforcer” threatening specific post-mortem punishment to living persons in order to silence legitimate questions.
Such a message directly contradicts the role of the saints, who intercede with mercy (CCC 956), not terror.
It attempts to frighten not only me but also any “followers” (i.e., anyone who reads my testimony) into silence.
This tactic is the exact opposite of the correction God commands through the prophet Ezekiel:
“If I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you do not warn him… his blood I will require at your hand.” (Ezekiel 3:18)
To threaten eternal suffering in order to prevent fraternal correction is a clear sign of manipulation, not of Heaven.
5.2. Judging by the fruits
The only infallible test is the fruits and obedience (Mt 7:15-20; CCC 67).
Here the fruits are:
division
fear
disobedience
doctrinal deviation
spiritual manipulation
These are not the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
6. Final Call to Mélanie
Mélanie,
You still have a precious opportunity to save what is good in this mission and protect countless souls:
Publicly retract the blasphemous/heretical messages (especially the March 11, 2024 message declaring Yahweh, Elohim, and Sabaoth to be demons).
Publicly apologise to Fr. Michel Rodrigue, Luz de María de Bonilla, Xavier Ayral, and all harmed by rash judgment and calumny.
Submit every serious message, past and future, to your local bishop and a publicly identifiable spiritual director before any further publication, as the Church explicitly mandates (1978 CDF Norms, Art. 2 & 3; 2024 DDF Norms).
End all exclusivity claims (“the One and only Refuge”) and foster unity with the other messengers the Church has not condemned.
If these steps are taken with humility and obedience, Heaven can still turn this painful trial into a great victory for the Kingdom.
If not, the mission, however many genuine elements it once contained, will continue to bear fruits that cannot come from God
7. A Specific Warning to Anyone Considering Following This Mission
Many good and fervent Catholics have been drawn in the same way I was:
First contact with a beautiful personal message (“Mary” or “Jesus” calls you by name, says you are chosen or loved in a special way).
Visible phenomena (sudden lights in the room, sweet feelings of peace).
Private instructions that make you feel uniquely important to God’s plan.
This is the classic “capture” phase the saints and exorcists describe when preternatural forces want to detach a soul from ordinary obedience.
St. John of the Cross (Ascent II, ch. 19):
“The devil, when he wishes to deceive a soul with some appearance of good, begins by offering great sweetness and sensible consolation… so that the soul may believe it is God and abandon the safe path of obedience.”
If you have already received such personal messages or seen such signs, do not be afraid, but immediately place everything before a prudent priest or bishop in regular standing. Do not decide alone. Do not fear losing “special messages.”
My advice at this point is that the Gospel, the sacraments, the Catechism, and the approved devotions of the Church are more than sufficient for salvation.
Additionally, be extremely cautious if you ever receive a private message threatening that you or your “followers” will suffer in Purgatory if you question the mission.
Such intimidation has no place in authentic prophecy and is a classic form of spiritual abuse used to keep people from the discernment the Church requires.
Return to the safe harbor of:
your parish priest
the daily Rosary
Eucharistic adoration
First Saturdays
the Divine Mercy chaplet
messengers who live in visible, verifiable obedience to the Church (Fr. Michel Rodrigue, Luz de María, Pedro Regis, etc.)
The Church has never taught that God sends only one prophet or one refuge for an era.
The multiplicity of authentic voices has always been a sign of His abundant mercy.
8. Closing Prayer
Our Lady of Guadalupe,
Emperatrix of the Americas and of all nations,
Crusher of the serpent in these apocalyptic times,
Our Mother of Mount Carmel, Mother of the true Refuges,
Our Mother of Candelaria, Mother of Jesus the Light of the world,
Mary Most Holy, Queen of Angels and Queen of all Saints,
intercede for us.
Saint Joseph, with your Holy Heart of Truth,
Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face,
Saint Joan of Arc,
Saint José Gregorio Hernández, Doctor of the Poor and the destitute,
Saint Carlo Acutis, saint of the youth, the Eucharist, and the Internet,
Saint Martin de Porres,
Saint John the Baptist,
Saint John the Evangelist,
Saint Padre Pio,
Saint Charbel,
Servants of God Queen Isabel the Catholic and María Esperanza of Betania,
pray for us, for Mélanie, for her team,
for all who have been touched by this mission,
and for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart
in these decisive times.

Final remark:
Everything expressed here is my personal opinion, offered with fraternal and charitable intent to protect souls and defend the truth.
If in anything I have fallen into error, lack of charity, or rash judgment, I submit in advance and with filial obedience:
to the authority of Holy Mother Church and to the correction of my pastors,
to any well-founded public rectification that Mélanie may wish to make,
and above all, to the infinitely merciful judgment of our Abba, Heavenly Father.
May He, in His goodness, forgive my faults and make fruitful whatever is good in these words.

St. Teresa of Ávila (The Foundations, Chapter 5):
“It is better to have a learned director who is not very holy than to have a holy director who is not learned.”
In this, St. Teresa emphasizes that a director must have solid knowledge of doctrine and Scripture (approved by the Church) to guide safely, even if personally imperfect. The ideal is both learned and holy, but she warns against unlearned "holy" guides who risk leading souls astray through ignorance.
So, it was the other way around, sorry.
