Fr. Lyle just died. May he rest in peace

Dear friends.

Please,  pray for the soul of Father Lyle Konen, one of our confessors, who died a few hours ago today. 

He was about 95 years old. 

I loved him very much. A Redemptorist, he worked here at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Seattle. He often did the Mass at Fatima and Saint Ann too,  and everybody loved him there too. 

A great loss for all of  us.

Thank you for the announcement of Fr Lyle. We loved him too in our family. He visited St Catherines Parish celebrating Mass and Sacraments with us when Victoria was . Mom mentioned he exchanged cards with her at Christmas. When my brother Alan was in jail for a few years Fr Lyle visited him and gave him great comfort. Bless and keep safe Fr Lyle.

Thanks a lot, Rita, Bernadette and everyone who has prayed and is praying for him.

It is amazing, but I have been informed by Melanie that Father Kyle ascended to Heaven. She has been kept posted by St Joseph since he died (I informed her and asked for prayers)

Our prayers were taken into account too.

 She sent this message to me this morning:
