Yesterday's "season opener" Pt. Reyes Pop was so much fun yesterday. The weather was nice, the turnout was great, and there were many new smiling faces on the ride. 

The picnic made the end of the ride extra special. It was great to chat with everyone after the ride and catch up with them/talk about their goals and plans for 2026.

Thanks especially to all the volunteers who made this so enjoyable. The sweet potato lentil soup with spicy breadcrumbs was amazing, and the potato chip oat cookies were brilliantly salty and sweet.

+1.   I'm always grateful for any calories offered after a ride, but the home cooked goodness was incredible.

Indeed, but we cannot do Populaire picnics like this one all the time otherwise I would become fat!! The food was awesome!
