Team Roaring Mouse is considering changing their kit manufacturer. Cuore’s name came up. I seem to recall that they made the last SF2G kit a couple of years ago.

How do you all like the Cuore kit? Durability, fit, comfort…. Please let me know!

It was pricey. I don't think it'd be super durable on dirt. I think we had issues with fit (~all bibs came out way too long and needed replacing). I'm not super picky though.

The super-long bibs was an order processing issue, though, right? Not something inherent to Cuore bibs in general...

Good:

I like the vest that I just lost the pockets were a bit lower so easy on old man shoulders.  No issues with the zipper.

Arm warmers still fit well, some minor wear, lots of miles on them.

The Jersey is good for hot weather, thin.  No zipper issues.

The bins pad on the rear is solid lots of padding.

I like the low belly for pee breaks.

Bad:

The Jersey feels like if I fell it would be destroyed.   It's not warm in the winter.

Bibs they felt like women's bibs in the front, my package was pushed up inside of itself regularly.  I put my bowling ball in them for a few weeks and they are semi acceptable now when I have no clean bibs.  They are long, but whatever.

* Specifically in the crotch there's a stitch that runs down the center and the crotch kind of turns into a upside down v where the center pokes you in the crotch.  If they have fixed this I would say I would be interested in trying another set and for the other people probably the length.

Also, it is possible that my bibs were one failure and the others were fine or if could be the size of my package but bases on the women I have surveyed it's probably the bibs

+1 to everything scott said, though i haven't minded the crotch issue so much lately.  it was very noticeable at first but seems it went away over time.  and no underwear helps.

i wonder if part of your issue is your unique saddle shape?

One thing I liked about Cuore was that you could order custom lengths for the body of the jersey and the arms...don't remember if there was an option to make the bibs' legs longer too, though.

The website was truly horrible, though maybe that's changed since?

It's probably that the more you wear the bibs the better it fits.  I haven't worn them much maybe 15 times for the bibs

For all the custom jerseys I have gotten, whether from special events
(marin, wine century, etc) or other clubs, I think the cuore is the
one that fits the best but also I am 6 foot 7.
But would I buy a non custom cuore? Nah
Not really good. Had some really terrible customs. Either laughable
wrong shape or just tore apart too easily.
Ornot jerseys are probably my favorite (though not into the colors the
last few cycles or so).

I personally really like the Cuore kit, it's my go-to kit. They did mess up the short length on the bibs but they also gave everyone who wanted it a free replacement.

I haven't personally had issues with the chammy / crotch area, and I've worn those things on some looong rides (PBP, Phoenix, Truckee, Mammoth...) Perhaps I've just "broken them in", so to speak.

the cuore kit is my fave out of pactimo, voler, jakroo, et. al. Nice features, fit is fine, seems as cool as plastic tubing can be, good chamois. Love that leg and arm length is a detail the user can specify.

For what it's worth, Cuore provides options for different kit materials and styles (e.g. winter fabrics, different fits, etc.). I think they can lend a sample kit too (they will mail it).

The Cuore kit has been really good for me. I typically supplement with
a good base layer in winter, and when it's really cold out wear just
the jersey and another brand of winter weight knickers.

The chamois is my favorite of the brands I've tried, though I haven't
tried many of the custom brands. Being a cheapskate, I relied heavily
on the clearance rack at Performance Bike Shop when they existed,
because I really like to be able to try stuff on before I buy it..
I've probably put 300-400 miles on my butt in Cuore.

the Cuore is my favorite kit - no fit issues either. I love the waffle-y jersey material. I also dig my Rapha* and Eliel kits but I wouldn't say they quite equal the Cuore. would definitely recommend and would re-order.

*if anyone has a fit issue, it's Rapha. their "large" jersey is extremely effing tight and short. definitely size up for their stuff.

Definitely my favorite jersey. I didn't get any bottoms with this one, though.

Fwiw, a relatively minor crash left this. Despite a tiny bit of opening at the seam, I still wear it all the time, and it's stood up well to many washes post-crash.

I haven't tried Cuore, but I've been super-happy with the Jackroo kit (the SF2G kit is still available: link on SF2G page as "high-viz" kit).

They have multiple fits per size, including a slim fit which works for racing where you don't want any extra material, and I really like the shorts.
