Kodak Aero-Ektar Objective.

This looks like it came from a scenic overlook or possibly a naval ship.

Regards,
Greg

Is it just the scope, or does it come with a mount?

The Navy used to have 4 in. f15 Unitrons as observation scopes, maybe this is a Unitron as well.

then there were these lovely beasts, made from a M17 artillery scope grafted onto a 120mm objective from, a giant pair of naval binocs, custom made for Project Moonwatch, which was a citizen science project where groups of amateur/volunteers would time satellite occlusions.

My apologies for not including the images.  Below you should find an image from the side of the scope resting on the dew shroud and another looking into the objective.

There is an alt-az mount, sort of, but no tripod.  That is, there is a yoke with azimuth and a large pin (about 1.25" diameter) that would need to mount into a corresponding hole in a tripod base.

Regards,
Greg
