Group Collections?

Hi Hans,

Is it possible to group several close topic collections into a large Collections Group? Better in 1 click in Session Body, and without opening in the browser all collections to be grouped? Each collection should remain as a separate expandable folder within the group.

For example, you study Heart illnesses, and group them into several categories (expandable folders with tabs) within one Heart Illnesses collections group. Such feature would allow for much easier orientation within multiple Collections system. A user should be able to independently open   in a separate window each folder saved within a Group.

Basically, its a feature similar to Create Folders feature within an existing Session, which is then become a Collection Group of several topic folders openable in the same or separate browser windows.

When you save a session, it becomes a collection. Each window maps to a folder in the new collection.

You can name collections by topic and folders by sub-topic (right-click menu > Edit). You can move links up/down (Alt+UpArrow, Alt+DownArrow) or copy/paste them across folders or collections.

Once organized, select just the folders and links you want and open them in the current window, a new window, or as separate windows. By default, each folder opens in its own window.

Initially YES, a Collection is created that way. But a week later, when one wants to add more Links to the existing Collection on a new subtopic (from open Tabs or another existing Collection), one must create a new folder (that is not possible now) or open the existing Collection(s) in separate windows before saving all as a common new Collection, which is quite cumbersome and memory & time consuming.

You can copy/paste selected windows and tabs directly into an existing collection. Folders are created automatically as needed.

Yes, I see now the Folders copy-paste becomes available under top level Collection Menu. The only missing thing now is the Folder Tabs List Expand & Collapse feature.
