Blocked by CloudFlare from accessing the OEIS

To SeqFans: yesterday I was repeatedly asked by CloudFlare to prove that I am human.  In some cases I was able to get through.  Today I first closed all the tabs to OEIS entries that I had open on chrome windows, and opened a new Chrome window. Now CloudFlare (CF) won't let me login to the OEIS at all.  It repeatedly asks me to certify that I am human.

I assume that I am on their blacklist, and nothing I try will work.  This is intolerable.

As I have read once, it is inconceivable that a 
robot asks you to prove that you are not a robot!

In the past few days CloudFare and several other services have been experiencing problems.

  Today I am seeing an occasional "prove you are human" on accessing OEIS from Ireland; 

also frequent failure to terminate an otherwise successful page load from USA more generally. 

  And for several days, YouTube videos have been mysteriously stalling for several seconds, 

especially just before loading an advert. 

  Could be we are heading for another major internet disruption?    WFL
