Greeting!
Am kind of getting the error when analysing the SMFM Biota "Failed to connect to JAXA FTP server with error code 550.".

The SMFM application is maintained by a contributor outside of the SEPAL team. We will reach out to them to see if they can help. In the meantime, can you tell us what it is you want to do and maybe we can suggest an alternative approach?
