Unable to capture information for Bluetooth Encounters(Polling)

Hi Team,

While trying to capture data for Bluetooth encounters(Polling) , we have observed that although my device is connected with Bluetooth with my wireless headset the probe is not capturing any data for the said probe.

We tried this on android as well as on ios device.

Hi Vijay -

I would make sure no other BLE devices are connected to the phones when testing the probe. Also, what are the probe settings? Also note that there are restrictions on how Android and iOS device can detect each other in the background, which are explained in the documentation. Try keeping the devices unlocked and the app in the foreground to test.
