Hi all,

I've been testing out various study configurations in my device, and have noticed that the accelerometer and gyroscope probes take a very large amount of storage in all study data.
I tried to reduce the frequency of the "data rate" option per se, but there seem to be no way to go below the "1/s" threshold.
Is another method possible to reduce the rate?

Thanks,
Abhishek

I seem to recall being able to enter 0.5 / second (i.e., one sample per 2 seconds), etc. But this might only be possible on Android, due to the number entry UI control on iOS. Not sure.

The minimum value now is 1 reading/s.

PS I just wanted to confirm one thing - Can Sensus turn on location by itself in the background? Because I had kept a GPS Location (polling) test, and it does not make readings when the location is turned off manually. I thought that the app activated probes in the background during the scheduled intervals. ( Note - Sensus has location access all the time on my phone)

Regards,
Abhishek

If you disable GPS from the Android settings, then Sensus might not be able to take readings. This is appropriate, since it respects the user's desires.
