Hi all,

Our team aims to perform a double blind study on our participants for the duration of one week and are going to use AWS to store the data in an anonymous manner  (Anonymising Device ID, etc).

Due to this, we would not know if a specific participant has started their studies, and will be dependent on the participant themselves confirming that they have started their study via traditional methods of contact.

Are there any methods via which Sensus can automatically inform the researchers in charge the moment a participant has started their study? An automated email with participant details, or something similar would be extermely helpful.

Regards,
Abhishek

I'm not aware of such a function.

Does sending an email to a provided email address upon starting the protocol will address this? Likewise, we can trigger an email upon stopping the protocol.

Yes, it would be really helpful.
How can I add this feature to my study?
